Michael Chomba is a Director at Grant Thornton Advisory East Africa Limited. In addition, he is a Director at Grant Thornton International Limited providing support to the 22 network firms in Africa.

He is also a Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Expert with over 15 years of financial advisory experience, mostly undertaking capital raisings, mergers & acquisitions, and transaction advisory assignments in Middle East and Africa.

He is a member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (ICIFA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kenya (ICPAK).

He has completed several training courses in relevant fields such as Deal Origination competency, Advisory & Project Management Competency, Financial Analysis & Modelling.
