Lydia joined Grant Thornton in 2007 as an Associate in the Business Process Solutions (BPS) practice and has overseen the substantial growth in the service line over the years. Lydia handles the larger clients of BPS, providing end to end outsourced accounting and financial control solutions.

Lydia has expertise in developing, monitoring and maintaining financial systems, creating and Implementing accounting procedures for corporate and non profit sectors. Lydia has participated in training, implementation and roll out of system change overs. She has a unique talent in building team capacity and development.
